1. Services Offered

The Chess Gurukul provides professional chess coaching through online sessions and offline batches in Pune. Enrollment is subject to availability and a preliminary skill level assessment by the mentor.

2. Payment & Refunds

Course fees are to be paid in advance. While we strive to offer flexibility for genuine emergencies, we generally require 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Refunds for missed sessions without prior notice are not provided.

3. Student & Parent Conduct

We maintain a high standard of discipline and sportsmanship. Any form of misconduct, including cheating in online games or disrespectful behavior toward the coach or other students, may result in immediate termination of enrollment.

4. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, curriculum structures, and original blog content shared via this website or during sessions are the intellectual property of CA Gaurav Bapat. These materials are for personal use only.

5. Disclaimer

Chess coaching is a tool for mental development and skill building. While we provide expert guidance, a student's progress and tournament success are heavily dependent on individual practice and participation.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
